Warranty Policy

microSHIFT warrantees all its products to be free from defect in material and workmanship for four years from the original date of purchase.

How to make a claim

All warranty requests must be accompanied by a photo of the affected product and an image of the retail purchase receipt if applicable. Please take extra care to select whether the request is coming from a retailer or a consumer and which geographic region is the request coming from. Once the form is submitted, please allow one business day for the warranty process to be initiated.
