Dan Wolfe

How did you get into cycling?

I always cycled a BMX and jumped off curbs and made ramps out of pallets, I just never knew there was a sport that encompassed this sort of thing. When I was 12 I bought an MBUK magazine with my brother and cousin. It came with a free video. We watched it countless times and we were hooked. There was no going back.

What are your goals on the bike over the next few years?

Keep progressing in every direction within the bike industry. I finally started my own Youtube channel so that’s definitely a goal over the next few years to grow that as much as possible. Continue working with Pinkbike, I will be working on Youtube content for them at World Enduros which is really exciting and something I hope to continue going forward. I also hope to continue with all the brands I am currently riding for, helping them develop future products, help with release videos and basically just absorb as much information as possible. I would love to create a brand down the line, that would be a dream come true. Watch this space...

What's an interesting fact about you that not everyone knows?

My first name is actually Brian, It was changed to Daniel early on when my parents realized we couldn't have two Brian's in the house haha (my dad is called Brian). I also have a BA Hons Degree in Fine Art. The college actually bought my final year exhibition pieces and I ended up in the Irish Times as an Artist to keep an eye out for.
